The current trend is to job hop, so don’t feel alone if you are having a hard time figuring out what you want to do. According to a recent Gallup poll millennials are least engaged at work with at least 60 percent being open to a new job opportunity. With the average tenure of a millennial employee being 2 years. Loving what you do has major benefits. One of them being more opportunities.  You will spend your time focused on what you’re doing and give it your best.
