“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.”
Life may not be going your way
Happiness is not a place, person, or thing. Happiness is accepting your imperfections and quirkiness. Also accepting where you are but keeping faith and believing that you will get to be to where you want to be. Happiness is an emotion.
It can not be found it must be felt. If you think that changing something in your life will make you feel happier, then do it. My mother is 50 years old going back to college because she finally found her passion and it’s making her happy. Never give up.
You have to constantly, boldly, and deliberately take hold of your thoughts and feelings. Redirect your thoughts from negativity to prosperity and success. It is up to you to dare to choose and radiate outward with your thinking what you really wish to experience. Don’t let life just happen to you, you happen to life. Happiness plays a major role in success because it impacts your choices and your drive to accomplish your goals. You have the energy to make a change if you are consumed by misery.
There will be days when you don’t feel like going on. You are not going to be happy and bubbly everyday. So, on those days you have to make a choice. You have to choose to be happy if you want more happiness in your life. When you wake up in the morning, before the busy day begins, choose happiness. Do not allow what has gone wrong to ruin what can go right. From the start of your day decide that no matter what gets thrown at you, you will smile and continue on.
Take note that choosing happiness won’t solve all of your problems and make all troubles disappear. When you do achieve happiness that does not mean that your life is going to unfold according to your plan. You won’t be able to prevent every mishap. You bring perfect all of the time will not add up to equal happiness either. Happiness is far from perfect.
Happiness is a personal, quiet, and meaningful journey. You will know you are happy when you feel it. Trust me, you won’t have to ask or analyze your life to decide if your happy or not.
